Meet the Manager

Lauren Donald took up post as Nursery Manager here at Wee Rascals Too on 8th January 2024 when she finished Maternity Cover for Suzanne Stephen who manages our Inverurie Nursery.

Lauren joined Summers Inverurie from school and has held a variety of progressively more senior roles, including 3-5 Years Room Leader overseeing provision of the Curriculum for Excellence.

Lauren is looking to start her Personal Development Award Childhood Practice and out-with work enjoys spending time with her son and sausage dog.

Lauren's qualifications include:

• Starting PDA Childhood Practice
• Social Services Children and Young People Level 9
• Social Services Children and Young People Level 7
