Summers Nurseries

The aim of a Summers Nursery Limited is to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment for every child, with caring, experienced and qualified staff. We will cater for mainstream children from 3 months to pre-school age, taking the individual and developmental needs of each child into consideration.

Our nurseries aim to provide:

• Flexible and balanced programs to suit the needs of each child.
• A stimulating and challenging environment to meet each child's needs through play.
• Support for each child and their family.
• Good relationships between staff, parents and children.
• A secure, safe and stimulating environment for children.
• A quality service with effective leadership skills with highly trained and experienced staff.

A Summers Nursery achieves its aims by continually listening and asking the views of parents, children and staff on an ongoing basis and implementing a yearly improvement plan to achieve a high quality and thriving nursery.

We encourage our staff to continually share ideas within and between the nurseries, encouraging continual networking, including inter site visits and meetings with each other in order to identify and establish best practice in all Summers Nurseries.
